Hello there! I’m Karin— it’s a Japanese name and I pronounce it like “careen.” I also tell people it rhymes with “machine.” I still get called Karen pretty often, though 😅

I began my Virtual Assistant business in 2022, after having my second child. I knew that my varied professional and life experiences would help me serve a variety of clients!

In my past lives, I have been:

🩷 A bilingual, bicultural “military brat” moving overseas frequently

🩷 A teacher + paraeducator (across many ages and in several countries)

🩷 A barista + shift supervisor for a large coffee chain

🩷 A business owner providing creative dance classes

Each of these experiences has shaped my worldview in so many intangible ways. One of my greatest strengths is that I am a flexible thinker, willing to look outside the box. I’m also known for my uncanny ability to translate ideas in many different ways to make sure that everyone is on the same page. I believe in the power of collaboration over competition, and that teamwork is imperative for success.
